you cant really say if they dehub or not because it depends on you riding style i ride smooth i have never dehubbed a wheel in my life but my friend semes to dehup every wheel he gets

as soon as u get any metalcore u must were it in on the front for about a week otherwise if u put it straight on the bak it will most likley to dehub
